Privacy & Website Use

This page explains what happens to information you enter on this website. It is written in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

Not for emergencies

Massage therapy is not emergency medical care, and this website is not a way to reach anyone urgently. For urgent or life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or contact a qualified medical provider.

The contact form

When you send a message from the contact page, the name, email address, subject, and message you type are submitted to Netlify, the service that hosts this website. Netlify stores the submission and notifies me so I can reply to you by email.

That information is used only to answer you and to schedule an appointment. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising or mailing lists.

To have a message you sent deleted, email or call me using the contact information in the footer.

The client intake form

The client intake form works differently, and deliberately so. It asks for health information, so it is not submitted through this website at all.

Everything you type or draw on that form stays in your own browser. Nothing is saved to this website, uploaded to a server, or transmitted anywhere. Closing or reloading the page discards what you entered. The Download PDF button builds the completed form on your own device.

Bring a printed copy or have the downloaded PDF available on your device at your appointment. Please do not email the completed form unless I have provided a secure delivery method — ordinary email attachments are not secure.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from this site rather than from third parties, so loading a page does not report your visit to anyone else.

As with any website, the host (Netlify) records basic technical request logs.
