About Becky Lee Coleman
Why Massage?
I was maybe ten years old when I first realized I wanted to help people feel better. I didn't have a word for it yet — just an instinct that this was what my hands were for.
Then, in high school, massage found me. A hip problem had made running impossible — every stride hurt — and my coach suggested I try massage therapy. Four sessions of focused work on the hip muscles later, the inflamed, irritated iliacus that had been sidelining me was quiet, and I was running pain-free. That was the moment it clicked: this work doesn't just feel good. It gets people out of pain and back to the things they love.
I've been a massage therapist ever since, and I understand now what people mean when they say that when you love what you do, it never feels like work.
Education, Credentials & Advanced Training
I'm a professionally trained massage therapist with nearly two decades of experience helping clients move more comfortably, reduce pain, and feel better in their bodies.
I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City in 2006. That same year, I passed the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork examination and became a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
I continue to expand my knowledge through advanced education in myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, fascial restrictions, and whole-body therapeutic treatment.

A Commitment to Individualized Care
My education allows me to draw from a broad range of therapeutic techniques rather than relying on a single treatment style. Each session is adapted to your needs, comfort level, movement patterns, and treatment goals.
My advanced training is especially relevant if you're experiencing persistent muscular tension, fascial restrictions, limited mobility, headaches, jaw tension, stress, or discomfort related to injury and repetitive activity.
Personal
I have lived in the Green Mountains of Vermont my whole life, and I enjoy all our great state has to offer. I live with my family on a small farm in South Londonderry, where we care for a garden and an ever-changing collection of farm animals.
The old farmhouse and the little farm are still teaching us something new every season.
A Note on Emergencies
Massage therapy is not emergency medical care. For urgent or life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or contact a qualified medical provider.
